After having problems with my right knee for a while, I finally managed last night to do the 3rd runs of W4 without any issues 🎉 Now I'm a bit apprehensive with W5 tomorrow, will see what Laura has planned for the next round 😉

Happy Tuesday everyone

If you have done W4R3 then you are ready for whatever Laura has in store for you for Week5. Just remember a lot of it is about your mindset. You can do it, the programme works and Laura has prepared you well for this exciting run. So go out tomorrow and just do it. Good luck.

Thank you Razouski 😉 I'm NOT giving up, this is too exciting and the feeling after a run is too great to quit...it's the during I dread 😂

Be warned, the feeling after W5 R1 is completely awesome. You'll be grinning all day and wanting to tell everyone about your achievement. It'll be great!

Look after that knee. If it's better fine but, if not, take extra rest days or stop and rest. Week 5 will still begin and end when you decide it should.
