Going to finish week 4 tomorrow then off to new york for 5 days. Do I pack my trainers and use the hotel gym or wait till I’m home.

Definitely pack your trainers! Either use the hotel gym or get outside! its a great jet lag cure and avoids wasting too much time in the hotel bar!

Good Luck

who is your celebrity coach?

Definitely pack your trainers and head over to Central Park 😁 how cool would that be to say that’s one of your C25K runs 👍
