Was worried about running for 5 mins but actually it was ok πŸ‘Œ

Interestingly for the past 18months i have had an irregular heart rate with 2-3 skipped beats every minute. Had lots of investigations and all found to be ok but it continued - they were supra ventricular ectopics.

Since i started C25k they have almost disappeared completely :)

I occasionally feel my heart miss a beat but it is now only a few times per day :)

Feeling positive :) x

Well done... slow and steady and just relax into the runs. This running does seem to be sorting out some issues for you... wonderful:)

It's crazy how the time increases and you can still do it as your body gets used to it. Well done!

Well done.

C25K, or at least regular exercise, sorts all kinds of conditions.

Make sure you can still hold a conversation, as written in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... so you don't push your heart too much at this early stage.
