I did it!! The whole 20 mins non stop. Started on an incline so took me a while to get my breathing back to normal but talked myself through it. Got some encouragement from the school kids doing PE in the park as I passed them & a wee woman walking her dog said ‘ you can do it’ & I did. Think I’ve a bit of a shin splint going on now though. I listened to music this time as suggested by Rignold which seemed to work well. I’m chuffed 😁

There is absolutely no need to push at all so continue going very steadily and then hopefully the niggly shin will clear off.
