Couch to 5K

W6R2 😣

I had to stop about 4 mins into the second 10 min run. I don't know why. It was my favourite time of day, I was rested, I left home feeling great. I just ran out of something I needed to continue. I wasn't aware of discomfort or anything.

I know that this is just one of those things, that it means nothing but, having set my heart on this programme and worked so hard, I feel I've let myself down. I'll repeat today's run on Saturday at the Parkrun. It's time I ran with others.

Ah well ...

Try not to dwell on it... I can tell you’re disappointed, but it doesn’t mean your next run will be pants too... probably just the opposite!👍

Make sure you’re drinking well all day Friday and good luck on your first parktun- let us know how you get on🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
