Well done.

Yes you will enjoy your 20 mins.

Just another run and the programme has prepared you for it.

Slow & steady and enjoy.

Remember your visit to Holy Island ,the east coast one , and your night in the pub ,and trapped by the tide.🤔😂😂😂🌟👏👏.

I did the same run yesterday...felt so proud of myself. Doing the 20 mins on Saturday- almost looking forward to it!!. When I look back to the run 1 wk1 when I couldn’t even do the last 2 min run I really do start to believe in the program . Can’t say I am fast but that can come later....

I know! Its incredible! I'm smiling as I write this. I remember being so out of breath I didn't think I could recover in 2 minutes and I only just managed to. The breath came in great heaves that made my lungs ache and now I can breath quite comfortably and recovery is quicker. I think it helped me taking a week off between Weeks 3 & 4 - maybe it wasn't necessary physically but I think mentally it felt like everything was going a bit too quickly. I think I read somewhere here about repeating week 6, maybe I'll do that when I get there.
