I'm Back W3R1 complete

So I have been out for the last 2 weeks due to the calf injury.

I was unsure how long to leave it so tonight I bit the bullet and ran.

My next dilemma was do I go back a week or just carry on, I had a niggling feeling that going back would be a step too far and a backward step. So I went for it Week 3 run 1.

Smashed it, the only down side and I don't know if anyone else has felt the same but I felt it was to short. I really felt like I could have gone for longer.

2 to go then on to week 4.

I definitely have a massive smile on my face I can truly say for those 2 weeks off I missed running. (I don't recognise myself lol.)

I would also like to thank you all for the support to receive direct messages asking if all is well as people had not heard from me is amazing what a group you are all truly amazing Thank you.

Well done, Martin.

Do be careful, you are coming back after an injury. Don't be tempted to do that bit more. Just stick with the plan, nice and steady, or the IC will be beckoning again.

Easy does it.
