I did it, but unlike Sarararar I found the first 8 easier than the second 8 mins. When Jo whiley (app) told me I had 4 mins left I felt like I was counting it down. I did recover really quick though which was a bonus.

Maybe a little tiredness, hydration, sleep , food, below par a little, or maybe too fast, the first half. You must be getting enough oxygen certainly. Pull more in second half and try exhaling CO2 a few times , maybe you started falling asleep a little bit, wake yourself up by blowing out and take a few deeper breaths.Perhaps.You are doing great.
Iβll give it a go. The podcast I was listening to wasnβt very interesting either so perhaps I was falling asleep, lol. Thanks.
I would not listen to podcasts while doing the programme. You need to be more present. Podcasts are great for when you are ticking off the klicks on long runs or daily slogs post graduation and can just zone out, but for any interval training either silence or music that keeps you focused is a better bet.

But I have really enjoyed just having thinking time and getting the energy from the environment around you.π€
I still have nothing and that will do. Way behind with GA and shoes and some helpful monitoring aids.π€π
Love your contributions, keep bringing it.πππ
