What time do you all run?

I go the minute I get back from work. Straight in, change and out.

If its a day off, as soon as I've fulfilled any commitments, then straight out 👍😁

A lot of people go before work, but my alarm is already at 4.45...🤔 just couldn't face it.

Yes. I always run before dinner. That way it tastes better cause I've earned it!! 😁

In the evening between 6.30 and 8.30. It is usually dark , however, after Saturday the evenings will be getting lighter and lighter.

I think the important thing is to go for a time when you can regularly do it. For me it’s early mornings before work (and I walk on the days I don’t run so it’s an every day habit to get out).

I have the luxury of retirement and I just go when I am ready, totally chilled and ready for ME time.

Of course the boss says it is permanently ME time and the job list just keeps getting longer.🤔😂😂😂

I walk my girls to school and then run home , if it falls at a week end i go early with the dog

I go early morning. Weekdays 6am, weekends more like 7am.

I run any time because I can. Not everyone can and they have to juggle kids, work etc.

Some peeps have their fave time when they feel strongest. I feel better after walking the dog as I’m already warmed up It takes me ages to get going 😀

At the moment i am going at 6 am before the kids get up and I start t he joys of getting ready for school/work - as i am new to the program i don't know how weekends will fare. Either i will go at any time and take the kids out or get up early....but i really like a lie in so!

I don’t work set days or set hours so it’s whenever I can fit it in. On a day off though, if possible, I’ll always get ready first off, run, and then enjoy the after glow all day 😁🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
