Whenever, wherever. Sometimes I get up up and go out at 5AM. Sometimes I chnge in my car and run around wherever I am working in lieu of a lunchbreak. Sometimes while the supper is cooking or when I drop the kids off at cubs etc. Sometimes at 11PM before bed.

Life's unpredictability demands a flexible approach.

During week it's after work so usually about 6 and on a weekend usually in the morning around 11am - I intend to get going about 8am but always put it off!

Weekdays: early afternoon (around 2pm)

Saturday: around 10am

In summer though I run on weekday evenings, and try to start a bit earlier on Saturday morning.

Weekdays around 10.30am. Allows me to eat (and digest) breakfast first. Am always very empty when I get up, so I can't imagine running before I've eaten.

I'm lucky to be a postgrad student so the gym is right beside my office. I try to go for a run just before a lovely protein and carb filled lunch normally around 12pm. : D

Depends on my shifts.... 12 hour shifts, if I am on days 7am to 7 pm I would run after work on the way home....if I am working nights 7 pm to 7 am I would normally run on my day off or run on the way home & straight to bed for the night shift!!!! :-( :-O

First thing (between 7 and 8am). Then breakfast. I've had so many warnings in my life about exercising after eating (whether urban myths or not) that like others, I prefer to run on empty.

I'm in the 5:30-6:30 am club.

Occasionally has been a bit later on Sundays. I like to go when I don't have to worry too much about cars coming out of drives or other people on the pavements etc.
