At the moment I'm going at around 8:00 in the mornings as I'm off work, I get up have a glass of water sort the kids and go, then come back and have breakfast... I'm actually wondering how I'm going to work my runs in around school runs, work and most importantly food once I go back lol do you have to eat ages before?

I am wondering the same thing. I run approx 8am and have no idea what I will do when I have to work. I am hoping if I start gradually running at different times instead of my strict 8am, I will be able to adapt better when the time comes. Fingers crossed.

Bit random but is it cooler in the morning when your running because I run about 7.30 PM and it's still hot

I have found it cooler and wear a hoodie or zip through jacket. Only ran twice with just a short sleeve top so far, upto W4R2.

I am going out at about 6.15 - 7am depending on what time I wake up. It’s quiet and peaceful at that time and means it’s done for the day, if I have to go out later on I struggle.

That's good I've never tried running in the morning :)

I prefer first thing in the morning. Nothing gets in the way. Like to be back and organised for 8am 😂

I go around 8am get it done before work! Otherwise I just talk myself out of it!

I’ve tried different times over the programme but I definitely prefer mornings. I’m an early bird rather than a night owl and I struggled a bit doing my run after work yesterday. So tomorrow I’m going to go soon after I wake up and had a cuppa. I do this at weekends (albeit a bit later in the morning) and it seems to suit me better. So I’ll be all done tomorrow before I make the long trek to my desk in the spare room! Also I’m hoping they’ll be fewer people around to curtail my singing 🤣

6am, it’s quiet, cool and on a good sunny morning it’s a nice start to the day.

I get up at 5:30am and go out at 6am, I love the early morning freshness of the air and how quiet it is, plus my mind is clear. Initially I went out early when I started C25K as I felt self conscious, but My confidence has grown and I have tried running later, but it didn’t suit me.

I've been getting up for work at 04:55 for the last 15 years, now that the novelty of lockdown lie-ins has passed, my brain wakes me up at this time again, so I've been going out by 5:30am.

I like a twilight run. Around 8 or 8.30pm 👍🏼

I am not a morning person and currently working full time, so just like you I go between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.

I feel it gives me some headspace to blow away the stresses of the day, and come back for a nice relaxing evening.

Apart from not being able to get up early enough I think I would need a nap when I got back before going to work. 😂

I like running in the evening too but with the sunny weather it's still quite hot
