Just finished week one. Was the easiest one yet even though it was in the snow, will week 2 be a lot harder?

Well done you.

Trust the programme , it prepares you training run by training run.

Slow and steady, one foot in front of the other kissing the ground, and just breathe and do not think about it.

No fear just enjoyment, believe it and believe in you.

Your coach will tell you about posture,

Relax, no tension, and remember to use your handbrake ( slow and steady and slower if required) to help you get the extra oxygen you need to run.

all the best.

No one will tell you it will be easy.. they will tell you it will be worth it...hold that thought as you progress onwards.. slow and steady :)

Where can I find what each week's run programme is?

Are you using the app? If so you can look at each run but be cautious about looking too far ahead to avoid panic!
