I am away at a conference this weekend but still went for a run. There wasn't many places to run, but there were some woods. It was snowing, blowing a gale, really muddy and I nearly got lost. So it wasn't a 30 min run. That is two short runs now, so need to do a 30 min run this week. Am worried that I won't be able to do one now. Enjoyed running somewhere completely new.

16 degrees for my Friday run at the Coast... Real feel minus 9 and white over this morning!!!
You will do your 30 minute runs with no problem.. just slow and steady as ever

A true trouper indeed! Well done. I think that there’s something about running outside my home ground that makes me feel even more like a real runner. I hope you manage your next run. I’m much less hardy then you, my run today is unlikely to happen in wind so cold I’d be afraid of breathing icicles
