I’ve never heard of it before your post...Just googled it! It looks intriguing and sustainable I might give it a go after a bit of a practice!
Jogging at a slow pace at which you can hold a clear ungasping conversation is the recommended pace for all C25Kers, as laid out in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... but most choose to ignore this advice and push too hard in the belief that "no pain, no gain" is the only way.

I tried it and ended up doing my fastest run ever!! Something went wrong there... It interests me, particularly as I have a niggly injury at the moment and I also have trouble controlling my pace, I can only do stop and go. But slow is definitely good and it sounds a lot more beneficial to overall health. Give it a whirl!
You should be slow jogging for C25k. We say it every day 😃
I found that really useful when I discovered it (from this forum). I was already going very slowly, but it made me think about my length of stride too. 😄
