Erm..

Don’t know how to tell you this...you may of caught something called “runner”..

it is particularly infectious and in terrible cases spreads to vocabulary , Be on the look out for

“Smash out a PB”

“Heavy legs”

“ park run”

“Haven’t run for two days , don’t like it”
