After my disastrous W6R3 a couple of days ago, some fantastic encouragement, tips and motivational words on this forum I'm so pleased to say I'm back on track and just ran for 25 minutes!!!
It did involve many mental battles on the way round, the dog got cursed a couple of times and eventually agreed with myself I'd be happy just to get to 20 minutes after the last fiasco! But when Laura gave me to 20 minute mark there was NO WAY I was stopping without completing this one. Yay!! Thank you to all that offered support ,πππit's certainly taken my mind off going back to work tomorrow after 6 weeks off. Oh...why did I have to say that!

Well done Anatheboxerdo! I too struggled with all of w6 and had to walk part of r3, but today I also managed the 25 minute run. What a fabulous feeling when it's complete. We can do this!
