I was very tired today but somehow the urge to break into W9 was stronger so off I went, dodging puddles and mud.
Achieved the 30 mins fairly easily but my legs are feeling it now. There were a few niggles along the way but my mind is set that I'm doing this and my body can and will cope. Although an early night and poss 2 rest days coming up.
The halfway bell has returned so maybe it was just my w8 it was missing from!
Feeling really good for sticking with the programme and feel so much fitter cardio wise. My stamina is so much better.
Two to go! ππ

Well done! The body achieves what the mind believes π. At least thatβs what I think when Iβm running along and everything is hurting π. Youβre doing great xx
Rigfold, Mentors and Administrators and others have commented tiredness, assuming you get quality sleep, probably due to hydration but both water and food.π€
Yes an extra days rest will do no harm.
Found out today , definately not ready for any record breaking attempts.I cannot even suggest that Michael Johnson has a go.π€ππππππββοΈ
So close. You know you can do this, you just have to keep telling yourself that. Take extra rest days if your body tells you to, no point in practice runs for the sake of an extra rest day.
