Great run this morning for me but unfortunately not for my son who 18 and has been running with me sice week 1. Not sure what happend but about 15 mins in he dropped back and told me to carry on..

He said he became really exhausted and felt sick. Maybe we set off too fast I dunno but I was fine. Anyway he's going to get back out tomorrow. Sooooo two more runs guys eeeeeeeee

Below is a pic of some runs I found in my area. They are great because I can park the car and finish where I park. It will add some variety. So that's me sorted once I've got the last run done

Oh, sorry to hear your son had problems. I hope he feels better now. I love the Run Middlesborough idea. I wish all towns had something similar.
