Hi im back - stopped running last year cos my ankles swelled - need to start again (alongside gym) cos another half stone has crept on in weight - Any suggestions to protect ankles and give me a motivation boost - cheers

Hi, it might be worth you trying some compression socks as these should help with circulation.

Hi SlowSand, don’t despair. I don’t know anything about ankles, but have you checked them out with your GP? Fingers crossed you can do this, so hang in there, I find it is getting easier and even occasionally fun!
