Completed W6R2 on this glorious morning. Tracked the running elements only for this sessions and I covered 3K and was not exhausted at the end of it. I now feel that I can do this. Got home and realised this was my last run with a break in a middle but feeling positive about the rest of the program. But also because I know that it starts looking impossible I can come to this forum for a little push in the right direction.

What a beautiful place to run! And 3k is a very decent run, well done. You are doing so well, every run is possible, as the previous run prepares you. With every run you are getting a wee bit fitter!

Keep up the very good work! 😘
