I think it's a natural reaction to looking too far ahead and building the runs up in our heads to be bigger and harder.
You did this one, no reason you won't manage the next. Just take it one run and a time and believe in the programme and yourself. Just one foot in front of the other 👍😁
Yes. W4R1 is my next run on Tuesday. I’m dreading it!
They may do, but there is no need.. you are ready for the runs.. just keep it steady and slow and believe in yourself
Anticipation and not apprehension
It’s really hard not to look at the next run with dread! You have to retrain yourself to think this is going to do me good! I want to do it for my future health! You know you’re going to feel super proud of yourself when you’ve done it so just get on with it! I’m about to do run 1 of week 3 - wish me luck everyone! And I wish you all luck!
