It only introduces tension in your running body and affects breathing etc.
You have done the work and will easily do a Park Run and you will enjoy it.

Ah, now the fun begins! I have loved my post-grad running, and I am still seeing progress and feeling even fitter. Still to do a park run, thinking of doing bridge to 10k, planning new routes etc. It is such an interesting form of exercise! Keep up the regular running - who knows where it might take you!
