First attempt at exercise since I had spinal surgery in November,, can’t believe I actually managed to complete the 30 minutes 😀😀😀 here’s looking forward to the next one

That's the ticket Hut-78 , look forward! Please don't push yourself sillilly (I know it's not a word, but it should be) because all you'll do is set back your progress. There's only you in the C25k race, but mark me, you'll be amazed at what you can do...I was...xx

Well done! I had spinal surgery some years ago and after a period of recovery, I went on to run 5k. Do listen to your body and take the time you need to progress. The C25K is a great way to get fit but it’s a generic program so don’t be afraid to do it at a different pace if you need to. Just keep going and you’ll get there, good luck!
