I've decided early morning runs are my favourite.
A cooler temperature, less traffic, less pedestrians and watching the sunrise.
Adding all these factors together seems to make me feel more positive and I seem to enjoy my run more?
Then there's also that euphoric feeling that run three of every week gives me!!
After my weight loss last year, i'm so glad I chose the C25K program as a tool to maintain my weight loss and generally improve my fitness levels!!
Today I've definitely got that Friday feeling and in the words of Stu Francis;
