Well, that week 1 done and dusted.

I've found that if I don't actually think about the fact that I am running I kind of forget that I am doing it, that is of course until I start questioning if I remembered to breathe and then I get in a tizzy, but it will all fall into place soon enough.

New leggings are great, drawstring waist so even if the elastic goes I can tie them on!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Weekend off then start week 2 on Monday!

I am glad the leggings are sorted:)

The feeling that you are beginning to experience will come... for many of us, as the runs get longer we begin to find our comfy, or what I call, our own happy pace.. where you do, just run and everything just settles into place:)

Very well done you... try, when you find yourself focusing on the way you breathe etc, to shake out your shoulders and hands, look around, notice things around you, relax and just run :)
