I've found that if I don't actually think about the fact that I am running I kind of forget that I am doing it, that is of course until I start questioning if I remembered to breathe and then I get in a tizzy, but it will all fall into place soon enough.
New leggings are great, drawstring waist so even if the elastic goes I can tie them on!! ππ
Weekend off then start week 2 on Monday!

Very well done you... try, when you find yourself focusing on the way you breathe etc, to shake out your shoulders and hands, look around, notice things around you, relax and just run
