Big Run 3 Week 5... Should I ditch Laura?

Hello in the next couple of days all being well I'm set to do the 20 minutes. I love running to my own music and the stuff with Laura I find dreadful and really dislike it. One of the bonuses of running for me is getting to listen to loud music...but I nervous abandoning her words of wisdom maybe when I need them the most? What helped you? x

Laura.... she will get you to week 9.. safely :)

Can you switch to the app instead? You still get the same encouragement but they talk over your music that's playing. Four narrators to choose from.

If you download the C25K app you can listen to your own music and still have Laura

Use the C25k app! You have the choice of Jo Whiley, Sanjeev Kholi, Sarah Millican or Michael Johnson and you can listen to your own music! I’ve got to do my W5R3 this weekend too and I am cr*****g myself! But trust the programme! We can do it!!! Good luck! X

I've added the C25k app to my phone, and have Spotify providing the music. The app stops the music when they need to update you with the next instructions, then the music starts again.
