Graduated! πŸ€—

I finished W9R3 this morning, and found it comfortable if not easy. I’m going to do another week or two with that last podcast to consolidate before trying to push myself further. It’s good to be settling into a running routine again, and I even purchased a runners world issue on my iPad for warmups and glute exercises. I must be hardcore! 🀣

Thanks to the forum for all your advice and support along the way!

Congratulations, well done! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰I’m planning my first post-grad run today and think I’ll do the same- it won’t be the same without that half time bell!!

Half time bell ? I can't remember that ringing today ... That's a good sign isn't it ?

Very, very well done, Congratulations.

Consolidation is the name of the game now, especially if, as you say you did not find this easy. No need at all to push yourself. Better to move on and continue the build up of the new running muscles, your strength and stamina, slowly and steadily.

Check this out for some great ideas for the next step of the running journey:)

Congratulations!! What an achievement, bet you feel great. I'm going to do the same as you, and repeat W9 R3 for a few weeks. I also have started buying Runners World. I have now treated myself to some Runderwear pants. WE are definitely runners now. Let our running journey continue.
