Thank you everyone for your expert advice 😊 Today was my 1st 🏃‍♀️ after the snow and my 1st run without any head pain!!

I do think it must have been tense shoulders and spent time on relaxing this area prior to running! What a difference 😀 I really enjoyed every minute today 😊😊😊😊 thanks again x
