After only a couple of runs in February and the freezing weather keeping me indoors. It took raging PMT to get me out the door. And out the door I did go - slamming it behind me and setting off at a ridiculous pace. The hormone fuelled anger quickly wore out as I couldn’t breathe and I had to slow down and start to run normally.
I have returned home depleted. I didn’t record the run but ran for 24 minutes.
Running has secured the safety of my family from me and my raging hormones for now! 😊

Ooh boy, I hear you!!! After my hysterectomy due to humongous fibroids, I had hoped my PMT would improve. But alas, I kept my ovaries, and once they kicked back in I can tell where I am in my cycle. It took a few months to see the consistent cranky-pants rear her ugly head, but thankfully I figured it out. Running makes such a difference. I can't wait until Spring and clear roads so I can run (lady)balls to the wall the next time I feel I'm raging 👿😂.
