Running and diet

Managed to finally get out for run 2 week 4 this morning. Found it quite difficult - not sure if it’s because I haven’t been able to run since last Tuesday due to the snow. I’ve also been eating really badly for past few days and wonder how much impact this might have - any thoughts?

On a positive note, new running shoes still beautiful 😁

You are what you eat.

Get all the rubbish out of the house, then you can't eat it.

Saucony’s ? 🧐🤓😁

If you eat cruddy food you will feel cruddy. There a direct correlation between diet and the way we feel!

It’s easy to stop making poor food choices just don’t buy it. You will save a fortune which you will be able to spend on new running gear.

Anyway, enough nagging, enjoy your running. Have fun out there 💪👍😃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Sorry to tell you this but it’s the food not the resting...

But I am sure those gorgeous shoes will get you going again

Thanks for the responses - confirmed what I already knew but sometimes choose to ignore! I’m hoping this programme will give me the motivation to sort out my diet once and for all. Ive already learned that I’ve got more willlpower than I thought because I’ve come this far and I’m really loving it - certainly improving my emotional well-being which is half the battle 😊
