We'll despite the misty drizzle and slushy pavements it was a joy to be out there today.
Not quite the lovely setting I've promised myself for Sunday Spring runs - as was still limited by the snow - however still a euphoric feeling run after a week's enforced rest. And new shoes and knee still feeling good 😊
