Can anyone advise me please: I live in the Alps and was able to complete W7R3 at the end of December but have since been thwarted by the snow and ice. I have been able to ski regularly though. 😊
When the snow and ice conditions allow me to start running again safely, where should I start? Where I left off ie W8R1 ? Or should I go back to an earlier week.
Another snow blizzard today, can’t wait for the sun to reappear. It has been a snowy, icy, cold old January.

Good Morning. 😊. I'd be tempted to try and pick up where I left off and see how it goes...you must be fit if you ski so you might surprise yourself. If it doesn't work then go back to where you feel comfortable and push on from there. Think lots of people on here struggling with with the weather at the min. 😊
Thank you. Yes we’re all in the same weather boat at the moment. All a bit depressing to have come so far and to not be able to continue/finish the journey.
When it stops... head out... no distance or time.... just head out gently and see how you feel!
Your body will be your best guide.. steady and slow and see where you get to Then you will know where to begin... you may find you complete the run you were going to do anyway.. Week 8
Well done for getting that far... however, I think there’s a typo in your name - given you got to W7 I think there should be a ‘W’ instead of the ‘T’ 😂
