Hello - just been for my first week 3 run after a week off - ill and was nervous about running in the snow. Having seen comments on here about people going for it - I thought I'd give it a bash today. Was great! Managed to run the bits I was supposed to and no slipping! It was actually easier where the paths hadn't been cleared of snow and it was quite deep. Tough on the thighs though! Thanks again for the encouragement of this group - I'm sure I would have given up by now without it.

Well done! I did my first run in the snow this morning, it is tough going. Bet we'll be feeling it tomorrow...
How did you find week 3 compared to week 2?

Hmmm... i think i was fairly distracted by the snow.... but thinking about it I was willing Laura to say it was time to stop for the last minute of the 3 minute runs! Normally it's a nice surprise when she comes back to me - but today I was waiting to hear from her!!
