A lovely W5R1 run in the freezing snow

So I am in W5 now and the first run of the week went really well. It was frickin cold so I wore a vest, long sleeved tshirt dress, fluffy hoody, rain jacket, leggings, jogging bottoms, gloves, thermal hat with ear flaps and both hoods up. And it was fine! I ran round the park near me, which is full of beautiful big trees. Roll on W5R2

Edited to add I put W3 when I meant W5!!!

Blimey I’m amazed you could actually run with all that lot on! That has to count as a weight allowance like in horse racing..... great to see you going out there, especially in this cold cold weather.
