Wow - graduated after nearly 3 months. What a result and nearly 67 too! I’m very proud of myself.

It was a cold run this morning, especially going east on the clifftop. However on the return run I was toasty and was sweating when I got home. We’ve no snow ❄️ on the South Coast yet and the view to the Isle of Wight and a calm sea was stunning.

Off on holiday now (forecast not looking too good for Gatwick later this week ⛄️) so hopefully we get away. Not sure if there’ll be a chance to run but I’ll try. I don’t want to lose my fitness and it’ll be nice to run in warmer climes.

Now I have to plan the next phase - maybe a parkrun or a 5k for charity. Onwards and upwards.

The support on here has been terrific and I shall continue to post my progress.

Brilliant. Well done. I was on the same cliff top this morning. I've yet to do a Park Run so perhaps I'll see you there in a couple of weeks.
