W5 R2 that was hard but I did it my legs started to feel like lead now time to recover & then on 2 W5 R3 ( I can do this ) πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ but running for 20 min going to be hard
