Hi I'm new!! I have just completed my first run of the first week of couch to 5k !!! Found it much easier with ipod then running without , here's to a new start and new beginnings!! Anyone else started this week ?
I started on Friday! Legs were sore on Sat but I completed R2 on Sunday no problem! As I'm 53 & overweight I feel great to have started - hope to keep it up 😊

I am new today! Found the last 2 60 sec runs the hardest. Running with my dog to train for the Muddy Dog Challenge. She LOVED it. Will do our 2nd run on Thursday. 😊
