Happy with myself. Did my two lots of 8minutes. Easy. Husband came along as it was still dark and we found that my running matches perfectly with his walking. Duh

Well done! And don't worry about your speed. That will come with time. I often thought I could walk faster than I could run ;)

Well done. We start week 5 tonight. My other half has to force himself to go at my speed (turns out he's actually a super quick and fit ninja warrior!!), but he thinks I'm naturally getting quicker as we always do the same route but we are stopping further along each time.

Good on you, slowmover, it must be a good feeling to stop further and further along the way.

Congratulations. Just completed mine as well and really chaffed. Looking forward to W5R3.

Speed will come, but it isn't important in the grand scheme of things. As long as you are out getting exercise and spending quality time together, that is all that matters.

PS. What large ears you have in your pic!
