Week 6 run 3 - stacked it

Well I did it. Ran for 25 minutes very proud of myself, but on the last 5 minutes running down the road with rush hour traffic to my side. Out of breathe not knowing if I can run anymore. I stacked it up the curb. Very embarrassing but I got up and finished it. Looking ahead it is 25 minutes runs all the way next week. I must be a proper runner now. I seemed to of ran a lot further than I normally do. Very impressed.

You are a proper runner, it says so at the end of week 6 :D

Well done for getting back up and keeping on after your small incident! Careful of the traffic...!
