Hello, been a while since I have been on here. I have found that completing park runs every Saturday keep me motivated as there are milestones to work towards and its just a great thing to be part of. I do try and do a minimum of 1 five k in week to keep me going. Its well worth joining if you haven't already done so. I'm on my 33rd this morning! Keep going and good luck on your safari!! Bets that's amazing!
