The Half Way Mark 🏃!

So I've successfully made it to the official half way mark 🎉🎉🎉🎉!!!

I'm so glad I've stuck with the program and proud of myself for what I've achieved up to yet!

Looking back, week one and week four have been my most challenging weeks by far. So my theory is that week seven will be another killer of a week?

For all those people just starting out on their own c25k programs, believe in yourself and have faith in the program. If I can do it you can too!!!!!
