Past the half way mark!

Well Laura was right again - I did it! I ran non stop for 20 minutes and I didn't die πŸ˜€

I was even steady enough to stop and take a photo back along the sea wall. I ran all the way along there and out of sight and it feels amazing. πŸ˜€

Don't know how to rotate the image though !

Well done OP! That's the run that makes you feel like a runner! Are you using an iPad to post your picture? That happens to me sometimes and it's either the size of the photo or I find if I upload it from a different album it corrects itself. Sorry I can't remember whether it's from the camera roll or the photo stream! Lovely photo btw.

Took it on my i-phone. that's always a bit iffy for me as I don't have my glasses with me so I can't see what's on the screen till I get home. I keep grinning when I think of running all along there though :-)

The photo was partly for you Oldfloss as very early on I told you I could never take photos as I was shaking too much at the end of a run. So real progress ! How was your trip in the little tin tent?

Thank you... x I love photos of my running paths... when you look at them, you sort of remember the whole run :)

It was a great few days away, thank you; as PippiRuns would say, balm for the soul. I managed a 3K the day before we went.. a 5K on the Friday... and a super early Sunday run..just about 4 K, before we came home... Just me... and nature...:)

I do feel recharged now, although after this morning's early run.. a tad warm! :)

20 minutes without interruption - that makes you a runner in my book. That particular run made me so happy. It was right there I knew that it was realistic for me to actually run for 30 minutes.
