The beginning of a new life

So I actually started today and despite having a face the colour over an over ripe plum plus feeling like I was about to die any minute I completed my first outing. I actually really enjoyed it but need to go and make dinner now.

Well done! 😀👏 The hardest part is starting so you should be proud I've just started week 4 and every run I look like a beetroot so don't worry you're not alone 👹

Thanks. Had some much needed help from my other half, hopefully it will get easier as you say it's starting which is hard. Even when I was really fit (about 25 years ago!) I still turned bright red/plum/beetroot comes of being fair I suppose.

Did feel pretty bad as soon as we got home but must admit feeling quite pleased with myself now.

The hardest step on a journey is always the 1st, and the biggest barrier is the front door, well done, onwards and upwards!!

I just did 1 week so far and I am amazed how much extra energy I have after just 8 days and 4 runs! (I repeated a W1 run this morning). Which is actually 8 x 4 mins running if you add it all up.. Less time than watching Springwatch this evening. Amazing.
