Finished it! Ok so far. I did the couch to 5K years ago, but since then has been too much couch! I’ve recently started working shifts and am having trouble sleeping so am hoping that more excercise will help that too!

Welcome back and glad you got your first run done as I always think it’s the hardest one to do. Good news is as you have previous form you know the score on being slow and steady etc., so hopefully it will go well for you.

I'm sure working shifts is not ideal for a decent night's sleep but hopefully it'll get better once you get used to it and of course you've got the exercise thing going on too 🙂
