Can't hear the trainer over the music

Usually when i put the music on then go ba k to the app to start the training run, the music volume drops when the trainer talks, but that doesn't seem to be happening today for some reason. Am on week 3 run 1. Any ideas?

I think that happened to me on week 3. I definitely didn't hear Micheal at the end of the second run and carried on running. I've read on here that it could depend on if you start the app first or the music first. To me it doesn't make any difference and week 3 is the only time it's happened to me.

Thanks..I tried various combinations of app first or music and eventually it worked. Will see how it goes. Maybe Sanjeev didn't like the Green Day

From what I have seen in previous posts, I think the podcast works slightly better the the app which can sometimes be a little glitchy.
