Oh my goodness. Could the music get much worse? I don't mind when it's just instrumental, that's alright, but when the awful quality hip hop starts it's just dire. Ok, so at least I am distracted from the run by wanting to tear my ears off, but seriously, it's sooooo bad. I just hope week 6 music is better.... not getting my hopes up though.

I think it may be Week 6 that has a song with the particularly terrible phrase of a "...chemistry collision". It annoyed me so much it actually helped me keep on running! I wonder if there is some subtle psychology at work here?

I'm not right up on this kind of stuff , but I have I phone , & went into the apple App Store & downloaded it ( uploaded) whatever they call it & that's it , it's there . Used it last night for first time and it worked a treat . Don't know how u would go about getting it on other devices , but sure someone on here will know .

Sorry to break it to you but a lot of the music in week 6 is stuff you've already heard in the weeks before.
I have just done week 6 and they just recycle the same songs - i am really getting sick of them too. need to look into this app...
I don't use a smartphone, so can't try the new app sadly. I did have to resort to using my own music for the long runs in weeks 5 and 6 though. I only got half way through W5R3 using the podcast, but found it SO much easier when I tried again with my own playlist.
