Wk8R1 - new route

Despite it being a grey day I had a new path to explore - wasn’t sure where it would end up. It was a bouncy surface to run on so engineered a loop.

Suddenly mid run the additional 3 minutes seem daunting - and Michael was not saying much, resisted the urge to look at watch so ended up being shocked when it was finished!

Really am amazed to be here injury free, but I’ll hold off on my gushy acceptance speech 🤞
