Absolutely glorious sunrise today! And like a mad fool I was out running to see it. The park is so peaceful early on Sundays, and there was frosting on the grass and mist in the distance. I had the kind of run that makes you feel glad to be alive.

At around 15 mins I had a period of struggle where I really wanted to stop. Just slowed right down and battled on. Ended up running for 34 mins until I reached 5k. Lovely.

Hope you all have fantastic runs today and get to see the sun. xx

I was out today too, not at sunrise though, about 7.30am and the sunshine was fantastic. A real mood booster. Well done on your 5k, and for battling on, you are back out there doing it!! :) x

Thank you dear FPF! It’s just so nice not running in the dark/driving rain/bone-chilling winds! And without injury (for now!) xx
