Running with my phone

If you go onto Amazon and type in your model and “running cases” they tend to have loads. I got one for my phone from there and it works brilliantly

I use a running belt. Loads on offer at chain sports stores. Test to see if the phone fits.
You can get all sorts of belts, bags, cases that go on your arm but i find it essiest while the weather is cold to wear a top with a pocket & i keep it in there.i find it much easier to get it in & out of there to muck about with runkeeper as i have to turn it on as i am about to run from walking.i find it tricky with phone cases!!!

I buy shorts and capris with a zip at the back as I hate anything strapped to me. I then feed my headphones down the back....

I have an armband which my phone goes in. It’s reflective so makes me extra visible when I’m out at night. I got it really cheap in sports direct.
I had an armband but found it difficult to turn apps on or off etc so now I have a simple belt thing with a little zip up pocket which fits my phone and door key. I then thread my earphone up through my top.
To begin with I shoved it down my shock absorber bra. It was actually quite comfortable. Then I had an arm band. Once I got to the stage where I didn't need to listen to the app, I got a belt. I would love to leave the phone at home altogether, but i take it for safety reasons in case I have a fall and am injured.
LOL, i just edited this for typos. I hope it was comprehensible before!

To be honest, I find holding it fine, as I believe your hands should be cupped as if they are holding something, but not clenched? Helps to actually hold something! I switch hands every 5-10 minutes I guess, but if it bothers you, there are plenty of gadgets out there, or you could get a smart watch if you are able and into your tech?
