A day off work means I could get my 3rd run done in the nick of time and start my W4 run this weekend. Feeling nervous about what’s in store for me in W4!! Slow and steady.....another week closer to the big 5-0!

Looks great - we have been looking for an off-road place to run and that looks lovely - decent towpath, flat, and an inspiring view. I would personally worry about the narrowboats overtaking me but that's just a sign I am doing what the graduates say and taking things slooow. Unfortunately our local canal towpaths aren't quite so good!
